Warranty For RAJ & RAJ Safe Deeposit Almirahs

The following is our Company Product Warranty for steel Safe Deposit Almirahs Covering Both Highline Series as well as Classic Series:

1. All Raj & Raj Steel Safe Deposit Almirah(s) are warranted and free from any manufacturing defect.

2. Any Manufacturing Defect found in case of "Steel Safe Deposit Almirahs" -- Within 7 Years, From the date of Purchase, as noted shall be made good by the Authorised Dealer/seller, free of cost.

3. Any complaint in respect of any defect must be made in writing within 7 days to the dealer/seller, Stating the particulars of Cash Memo/Invoice, particulars of delivery mentioning the Defect(s) found.

4. On reciept of the complaint, the Dealer/seller shall intimate the probable date of visit of the Mechanic with particulars of the time it will take to rectify the product. After making the necessary rectification the mechanic shall obtain a satisfaction certificate from the customer.

5. Accessories such as Locks & Handles are warranted free from any manufacturing defect but might get damaged in transit in which case it will be Repaired free of cost by the Dealer/seller.

6. The customer must ensure that there is no defect in the goods as and when delivery is accepted. The Dealer/seller is not liable for any damage or loss to the goods whatsoever caused while in transit, negligence, carelessness in handling and/or use by the customer and for such reasons which are beyond the control of the Dealer/Seller.

7. The Warranty will be void, In case rectification has been carried out by an unauthorized personnel and as a result has been rendered defective and in case the product has been misused or used in extreme climatic conditions such as Damp and humid weather, or has remained in contact with water for a prolonged period of time.

8. Not with standing anything contained herein-before, this warranty shall not mean to cover or extend any monetary compensation or any replacement to the customer. All cases subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.
