Delivery Information

The time frame for dispatch is usually within 5-7 days from the day the order is received. Once the goods are ready for dispatch, delivery will take another 4-7 days. The maximum time for delivery is 12-15 days but we usually try to keep it well within 10 days and you should receive the order by then. In the case of a delay we will get in touch with the customer over the Phone number provided at the time of booking or through an email and inform her/him about the same asking for another Date & Time suitable to the customer depending on her/his availability. Once this has been confirmed by both parties the delivery will then be made. In any case if there are changes to be made to a particular order, this can be easily done by logging in to the Raj & Raj  USER ACCOUNT page and accessing MY ORDERS. In the NOTES section any amendment or requests pertaining to that order, time or date for delivery that is suitable to you can then be made
